Or bring your truck to our Seagoville location and we can perform the full aftertreatment service for a fraction of what the dealers will charge and typically have you back on the road with in 48 hours.
We can provide cleaning of most any filters that are on the market, including SCR's and 1Box's. We can replace defective or broken ports for a small cost so filters can stay in service longer saving the customer thousands of dollars not having to replace a filter that is still internally sound.

AIR FLOW SOLUTIONS, INC PROCESS
Our process is what sets AFSI aside from our competitor's, we pay attention to the smallest of details to make sure each filter is at or below the parameters that have been set by the filter manufacturers for cleaning.
When a filter is brought in for cleaning it is first placed on the inspection bench to test the flow and check for internal cracks. The most effective way to determine if a filter is cracked is by placing it on the inspection bench which has a very strong halogen light. If that light is visible through the filter, then the filter is cracked and determined no good.
If the filter is good then the flow is pulled on the filter, 1-10+, 10+ being completely stopped up but is still a cleanable filter. At this time an inspection sheet is started on the filter, this will provide part number, serial number, truck or unit number if provided by the customer and all cleaning info on the filter will be added to this sheet.

The filter then will be placed in an oven along with all other filters that are in for cleaning that day. Ovens will be turned on at 5PM, this will allow for enough time for all soot to be disintegrated. Ovens reach temp of 1200 for approx. 6 hours, then cool down for approx. another 6 hours in the oven for a total of 12 hours. Filters will be removed from oven at 6am next day, placed on cooling carts to finish the cooling process. Once cooled to the touch, old gaskets will be removed, ports re-tapped also at this time if any repairs need to be made to any ports that will be done as well.
Filters are then placed on the cleaner, pulsed 90 PSI 10 times. Removed from cleaner and hand blown to make sure as much soot as possible is removed. Filter will then go back onto the inspection bench re-checked for cracked and be flow tested again. All info will be logged on inspection sheet for customer to have. Filters are loaded on trucks and delivered back to the customers, in most cases customers will have their filters before noon.
